As frustrating as it is, we have grown to believe that change is not possible and that our voices are not being heard.
Our Government has forgotten what made Lompoc a sustainable community...
ONE that protects our prime agricultural land,
ONE where Local Business make for a unique shopping experience,
And ONE where we can live and prosper now and in the future.

Cecilia understands that to be a viable city in these tough economic times and in the future, a tough stance on
a balanced budget and quality of life must be maintained.
Vital services, water, electric, sewer, fire and police protection,
as well as a tax base that can provide these services is mandatory.
Having a job and being able to provide for your family doesn't have to be a dream.
But, maintaining a balance between these two is not easy. However, it can be achieved.
And achievement is Cecilia's middle name.
